Does this work on my phone?
Yes. Pawco runs in your browser and is built to work on phones and tablets — schedule visits, check pet notes, and send invoices without sitting at a desk.
Can my clients see this?
Pawco is your private workspace. Clients don’t log into your dashboard. You share what makes sense — for example PDF invoices and reminder emails — while their profiles and your notes stay with you.
What happens after the trial?
Hobby and Pro include a 7-day trial with no card required to start. When the trial ends, you can add a payment method to stay on that plan, or keep using Pawco on the Free plan (up to 5 clients). We’ll remind you before your trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your paid plan from Billing settings at any time. Your subscription stays active through the current billing period, and you can switch to Free afterward.
Is my client and pet data secure?
Pawco uses secure infrastructure and authenticated access controls to protect your account data. We also use trusted providers for core services like auth, database, and billing.
Can I export my invoices and records?
Yes. You can generate PDF invoices anytime, and you can export your account data directly from Settings on every plan.
Can I add staff or team members?
Yes — team members are available on Pro. You can add and manage staff from the Team tab in Settings.
