Use of the Service

Pawco is provided for lawful business use by pet-care professionals. You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans may include trial periods as shown on the pricing page.
• Billing is processed securely through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation applies to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Data and Backups

You retain ownership of your business data. While we work to maintain availability and reliability, you are responsible for reviewing and maintaining records needed for your business and legal obligations.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Using Pawco to violate laws or third-party rights
• Interfering with the operation or security of the service

Disclaimer and Liability

Pawco is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pawco disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Pawco after updates means you accept the revised terms.
